We are led by Michael Clark, who was recognised in 2022 by Inside Small Business Magazine as one of Australia's Top 50 Small Business Leaders, and in 2023 and 2024 was recognised by the Contact Centre Magazine as one of the Top 100 Influencers in the Contact Centre Industry in APAC.

We are unashamedly a small and boutique owned business. We leverage our expertise and an extensive range of partners to ensure we can deliver projects of all sizes and scale.

If we cannot scale to deliver alone, we will act as the lead and bring together the experience required to deliver. Our partners include training and coaching providers, contractors, other consultancies and we have access to world-class products and solutions.
