Our Principal Consultant, Michael Clark, has an extensive track record of Keynote Speaking and Facilitation, including:
- Michael has facilitated several lunch and dinner CX and Contact Centre roundtable events for Matchboard since 2022.
- Michael was the Host of the 2023 NSW Auscontact Awards, and the 2022 Auscontact Association Annual Conference at the Brisbane Convention Centre.
- Michael developed and facilitated a Change and Leadership Workshop for a NSW Government client in 2023 on behalf of Yellow Edge.
- Michael has delivered keynote presentations at industry conferences since 2006.
